About this Event

Welcome to the New Moon Sound Bath!

Join us for a relaxing hour at 627 Cape Coral Pkwy W (upstairs). Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, within the energy of the new moon.

During this in-person event, you'll have the opportunity to release negative energy, set intentions, and connect with your inner self. Let the healing frequencies wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace.

No prior experience with sound healing is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a comfy yoga mat or cushion to lie down on. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a pillow and blanket to fully enjoy this experience. (See more FAQ below)

FAQ

10 tips to help you prepare for a sound session:


  1. Wear comfortable clothing: You will likely be lying down or sitting in a comfortable position during the session, so it's important to wear clothes that will allow you to relax.
  2. Bring a yoga mat, pillow or blanket or all three to allow yourself to get comfortable.
  3. Please refrain from having any scents that could irritate others. This could include, but are not limited to; smoke, perfume, scented laundry detergent, scented lotions, hair products, body odor, etc.
  4. Hydrate: Drinking water before and after the session will help to support the healing process and keep your body hydrated.
  5. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals: It's best to avoid consuming caffeine or heavy meals close to the time (about 2 hours before) of the session as it can interfere with your ability to relax and fully benefit from the experience.
  6. Set an intention: Some people find it helpful to set an intention before the session, such as focusing on a particular area of the body that needs healing, a solution to a problem you are facing, or releasing stress and tension.
  7. Be open to the experience: Keep an open mind and be willing to let go of any expectations you may have. Allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you and trust in the process.
  8. Inform the practitioner about any medical conditions or concerns before the session: It is important to let the practitioner know about any medical conditions or concerns you may have before the session so that they can adjust the session accordingly or advise if this may not be ideal for you at this time.
  9. Arrive early: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to get settled in and prepare for the session.
  10. Be prepared for a relaxing hour for yourself.
