Join us for this Immersive Sound Bath meditation. The sound of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, chimes and more will gently wash their unique frequencies and vibrations over you to create a deep, relaxing, restorative, and rejuvenating experience.
Participants should bring a mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask to be comfortable during the sound bath.
