Sound therapy can offer benefits including relief from anxiety and stress, better sleep, restoring the body's natural sleep cycles, and can promote a deep meditative state, heightening clarity and improving focus.This session will be a time to renew and rejuvenate.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow or anything that might help make you feel comfortable. Limited mats and props available.
