Join us for a multi-sensory sound healing journey, led by Pernilla. You’ll be immersed in the nurturing sound and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic instruments, and voice. This deeply relaxing sound bath meditation will help restore balance and well-being, guiding you back to inner harmony. Integration at the end of the session may include oracle cards, journalling, chanting or singing to further deepen your healing experience. You are welcome to engage only in what feels comfortable for you.
