Reno will guide you through this sonic journey while you relax in savasana or in seated meditation. Enjoy the relaxing vibrations of unique instruments from around the world in this calming, centering mindfulness journey through sound.
There are yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets available at the studio, but feel free to bring your own, and crystals, sacred objects, or anything to help you relax and center.
