Sound baths produce soothing sound frequencies and vibrations working on all levels of the body’s energy field (Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual). These vibrations and frequencies bring moments of peace and relaxation to those who find themselves overwhelmed with daily stress, may have difficulty settling their mind, and/or just need a few moments to breathe and unwind in a calming and gentle way. As we meditate, or relax with sound, we can release ourselves from stress and enter a state of homeostasis. A place of being where the mind and spirit return to balance, and the body heals Itself. Kellen will first start by opening with intention setting and a guided meditation to ground you. She will then shift and serenade with the wonderful sounds of the singing bowls and various other instruments. About your host: Kellen moved from Maui to Wilmington about 2 years ago. She has a deep passion for providing care to people across all aspects of their lives and has been a nurse for over 10 years. While in Maui, Kellen attended many sound baths and workshops which sparked her interest in providing holistic healing and fostered a way to give back to her community with the same healing experiences that she has been honored to receive. She has been offering energy work for the last six years.
