Come experience our Sound Bath Meditation! Join us in person to get centered with Ven Monk Sophons guided meditation with the accompaniment of sound provided by sue & Deep Cuddle of frequencyhealinglove. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, this session is all about letting go and feeling refreshed.
No need for a mat as we will all be seated with the new cozy chairs of MCC. But please feel free to come dressed in cozy attire, a blankie for added comfort and a bottle of h2o.
