The sound bath meditation at the 2023 Natural Living Expo was such a success, Dave C. will be coming back to do it again in 2024.Mark your calendar, as this is a popular event that you don't want to miss.
Three ballrooms will be made available for people to sit or lie down as we join together on a collective journey, sinking deep within to find our center of calm, rest, peace and healing. Allow yourself to be carried gently on the waves of sound that create natural and cosmic soundscapes that are soothing and expansive. The sound bath meditation is available on a first-come basis for anyone who has admission to the Expo.
Dave Curry is the creator of Drums For One & All which provides hand drumming instruction, group facilitation, live performances and repairs/tuning. In addition, he leads the monthly FreeDrum circle, the monthly SpiritDrum circle, and teaches hand drumming at the Groton Hill Music Center. He is the creative director of the Drum Nomads and the Electric Nomads performance groups. Dave plays live meditative music for yoga classes, ecstatic dance, and sound bath events at many locations around MA and RI.
