Sound Bath Meditation at Fit Columbia

Led by Sudha, a musician and meditation facilitator, this 60-minute sound bath meditation invites you to lose yourself in the rich, immersive vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and the shruti box. Each sound resonates deeply within, guiding you into a state of deep stillness and quiet clarity.

Bring your yoga mat and anything you need to feel comfortable: pillows, bolsters, blankets, eye mask... a few yoga mats will be available to borrow in case you don't have one!
