Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath & Reiki Healing, designed to calm the nervous system, balance your energy, and bring you into a state of profound relaxation and inner harmony.During this session, you will be immersed in healing sound frequencies created with crystal sound bowls, a Tibetan bell, and a glass triangle. These vibrational tools work together to help release energetic blockages, quiet the mind, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Each participant will also receive a mini Reiki session, allowing gentle, intentional energy to flow where your body needs it most. Reiki enhances the effects of sound healing, helping you feel grounded, aligned, and renewed.
To extend the healing beyond the session, you’ll receive a bottle of water that has been charged through sound healing and infused with Reiki energy, supporting continued balance and integration.
