SOUND BATH MEDITATION : A journey within

This is a sign to join a transformative Meditation and Sound healing experience!

During this immersive session you will balance your energy aligning body and spirit and you will be enveloped in sound, allowing frequencies to wash over and through you, dissolving tension and awakening inner harmony. The sacred space we create together is one of intentions, trust, and gentle transformation.

Through the vibrations of ancient instruments (Gongs, Crystals, Tibetan singing bowls, Chimes and Drums) you will be brought into a theta brainwave state, which activate your body's natural ability to repair, restore and heal itself. This gathering is more than just a session, it is an invitation to reconnect with your own energy, release tension and open to your own wisdom. We will cultivate a profound peace and relaxation, awakening to the beauty of pausing – letting go of 'doing' and embracing the art of 'becoming'-

Elisa is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor, Sound healer, Meditation & Breathwork facilitator and also a certified Neuroscience coach. She believes in the transformative power of Yoga to heal and uplift individuals, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and others. Her sessions are not just Yoga practices, they are an invitation to discover our true potential, self-awareness, a journey through the self to find the magic healing mightiness of gratitude, acceptance and love.
