Step out of the noise and into a space where your body can finally exhale.
This small group sound bath offers more than just rest, it’s a guided healing experience that helps you reconnect with your body and calm your mind through sound, stillness, and gentle awareness.
In this 60-minute session, crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments are used to ease tension, support stress relief, and promote emotional balance. The intentional sound frequencies help your nervous system shift into a state of relaxation, repair, and inner calm.
Each sound bath is centered around a theme—such as release, clarity, grounding, or emotional healing—and begins with a short guided meditation to help you settle in, let go of distractions, and fully receive the benefits of the sound.
Sound and vibration have been used for thousands of years to promote healing and modern research confirms what ancient wisdom has long known: sound can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and support physical and emotional well-being.
Together, we’ll create space to:
• Regulate your nervous system and soften physical tension
• Feel more present and connected in your body
• Gently release stored emotions or internal overwhelm
• Cultivate deep rest and somatic awareness
With only 5 participants per session, this intimate setting offers a trauma-informed, compassionate environment for healing. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.

• Thick yoga mat and blanket
• Eye pillow and limited supply of knee bolsters
What to Bring
Feel free to bring any extra cushions, bolsters, or blankets to support your comfort. If you have difficulty lying flat, please reach out to discuss alternate setup options.
