Jennifer Beth Kelly (aka JBK) has been teaching and practicing yoga & meditation for over 25 years. She was raised in Falmouth and has studied and taught throughout the US.
JBK has extensive training in the world of energetics and vibrational healing. She has trained in the shamanic realms in Santa Fe, NM, as well as studied with the School of Vibrational Healing in NYC for nearly 30 years. She was also personally trained by the founders of Crystal Tones Signing Bowls in Salt Lake City, NV.
She has been playing Alchemy Crystal Signing Bowls and other sound healing instruments for 20 years.
JBK also has a business background, graduating magna cum laude from Babson College, with experience working in finance on Wall Street.
Early into her career, she evolved her profession to support her natural talents & passions. As a Life Coach and energy/ Sound Healer, she works with multiple business & individual clients, assisting them towards greater levels of harmony, lightness, and radiant well-being.
She also leads other public classes and healing events in the local community, including teaching Flow, Pilates, and meditation classes at Gratitude Hot Yoga Falmouth. JBK is known for her positive energy and her upbeat, warm, & approachable style, making all feel welcome in her classes. You can find her on social media @jenniferbethkelly.
