Sound Bath Journey

Surrender into a soundscape of healing instruments, handpan, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. We will begin with a guided meditation focusing on themes of self compassion, empowerment & inner trust.

Leading into the sound bath, prepare yourself to be bathed by frequencies and trusting that whatever your experience is meant to be during the journey, it shall be! Each sound bath is unique so come with an open mind and no expectations.
