Sound Bath Journey

Step into a guided sound bath journey designed to create a calming, meditative space. No effort or prior experience needed.

✨ What to expect:

• A gentle arrival with time to settle in and get comfortable
• A 35-minute immersive sound journey with crystal bowls
• A quiet integration period at the end to ease back into the space

🧘 The experience:
You’ll be lying down through most of the session while the sounds move through the space.

👥 Intimate setting:
This gathering takes place in a private indoor space with a small group, creating a calm and comfortable environment for the experience.

🧺 What to bring:

• Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, water.

We have extras at the venue if you need them.

👕 What to wear:
Please dress in soft, comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing for an extended period.

No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed- just come as you are.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Entrance to the space is from the left side of the house. Walk in through the white door on the left and the studio entrance is immediately to your right.
• Off street parking is available.
• Be mindful if participants are actively resting before the sound bath.
• We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time.
