Sound Bath Journey ✨I’m so excited to share that our Sound Bath Journey classes at Rooted Heart have expanded. I’ve recently added more instruments to deepen the experience and create beautiful layers of healing sound.
Each class begins with a gentle meditation to help you soften and settle into your body. From there, you’ll be guided through a journey of vibration with crystal singing bowls, chimes, a singing pyramid, and the rhythmic waves of the ocean drum.
These sounds move through the body like ripples through water—helping calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you into a deeply restorative state.
This is your time to simply lie down, rest, and receive. 🌙
