Join us for this lovely and relaxing event each month: a sound bath in the wondrous Tiffany Gallery. Limited spots available!Experienced facilitators will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay comfortably on a yoga mat.
This will take place in the Tiffany Gallery, which hosts a wall of original Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows that glow brilliantly in the afternoon light. Tea will be served after for you to stay and linger.
$22. No prior experience required. Dress comfortably (and for warmth). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a journal for time to creatively reflect at the end.
