Come enjoy nature with a Sound Bath at Latham Park designed to help you restore your energy. Join The Expansion Center as they take you on a guided journey using simple breathwork, singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks and chimes to help you relax and rebalance your vibrational energy.
Sound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills your soul and calms your mind, allowing you to let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths.
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything you need to help you relax. Wear comfortable clothing.
**Cost: Free will donation, which can be sent online at the below link, or paid in person. Suggestion ($10 - $25) Donations will be split between Latham Park & Expanded Healing.
