I would love to have you join us for a one hour sound bath! I will play crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums and various other instruments in the room, around the attendees, and can also place himalayan bowls on the body. The session combines intention, instruments, and various frequencies to restore balance in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual biofields and chakras. This modality helps induce the relaxation response by employing brain entrainment allowing shifts from our normal beta state into the alpha, theta and/or delta states... thereby allowing a deeply restorative meditative experience where internal healing can occur.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, hydration, eye mask, and other comfort items that will help you on your sound journey.
