Lay down and get cosy. Immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments. Letting your cells dance, as the sound and vibration ripples through your body and mind, down to the cellular, atomic structure. Your vagus nerve gets activated and through the law of resonance complete harmony and balance in body and mind gets created.We will start with a meditation, before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. Percussion instruments, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, bespoke gongs, pipes and much more will be used during the journey.
Please bring a mat, blanket or sleeping bag, and pillow. Bring some water to rehydrate yourself after the session.
The cost is £15
Sound therapy is beneficial for sleeping problems and aids all physical and emotional issues.
Contraindications are pacemaker, epilepsy and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
