SOUND BATH in FRESNO - with Hannah & Jamie

Start your week off right! Join us for our first sound bath in 6 months. We are so excited to return to this sacred and peaceful space.

What will it be like? We play a beautiful combination of 9 crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drum, koshi chimes, rain chimes and flow chimes. This entire event will guide your mind and body toward deep physical & mental peace and will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia. Take a break from life and treat yourself to a soothing evening.

A FEW THINGS:

• Plan to wear the most comfortable clothing possible.
• Bring a yoga, pilates or camping mat.
• Bring blankets, pillows, socks...anything you need to get cozy.
• This event is located indoors at The Dance Studio 2 in Fresno.
