We are so grateful to serve the community through the healing arts! ? Through our work of beauty, wisdom, and wellness, we hope to support the best holistic health of our communities, (ourselves), and the Earth!!
Sound is an ancient healer. These meditative events utilize Himalayan metal sound healing bowls, voice, chimes, and a variety of lovely instruments to support meditative presence, restoration, relaxation, balance, and internal harmony. The vibrations of the bowls and other instruments help us return to peace within, to our breath, and to our bodies.
Anchor in more resilience with your serenity and relaxation. Sound baths can also support detox, reducing inflammation, vitalization, enhanced focus, insight, realization, and more.
Each event is unique, the role of the facilitator is to be present to how what is in the space and support the best experience in that moment. All you need to do is show up, breathe, and let the sound waves wash over you or through you. Intentions can help of course ?
Doors open at 7pm
Please arrive between 7-7:25 to get settled as the outside doors will close at 7:30 to preserve the meditation space.
Meditation: 7:30-8:30 with an optional share circle afterwards.
$15-30 in person, $25 online
✨*We recommend bringing a mat, blanket &/or pillow for your comfort during the meditation. Some lie down, others sit.
*Please leave any fragrances at home. Light essential oils should be fine.
*Please also remember to bring water for yourself!

The ancient bowls were made from months of preparation & intention - gathering wood to fuel the fires to form the alchemy of the bowls from a variety of metals, the many hands to bring the bowls into form, the mantras and prayers that went into each strike, and the journey of the bowls as they were cared for and protected.
We are excited to share the harmonizing and empowering effects of the bowls with you and hope to see you there!
