Come join us for a gathering of sounds, connection, community and relaxation in a safe sacred space. During this deeply meditative Sound Bath Immersion session you will be “bathed” in restorative sound waves produced by Crystal Singing Bowls as well as other instruments and music. This will help turn on your parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body to relax which will assist you in letting go and opening up your heart to receive this healing.These healing instruments create frequencies and vibrations that produce beneficial changes in the body by harmonizing the cells and balancing the chakras and the body's energy system.
There will also use be Reiki, essential oils and other organic fragrance free scents intuitively used to help clear your energy fields and enhance your meditative experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask so you are more than comfortable to absorb the healing.
This healing is 90 minutes with open discussion afterwards.
Please note - Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, have epilepsy or become triggered by sounds.
