Join Alexis Yauch 500 RYT and 80 HR Certified Sound Immersion Practitioner for a two-hour sound immersion Enjoy a full-body, listening experience that will unplug you from the daily stresses of life as you are “bathed” in sound waves from healing instruments that speak to the body. Sound therapy and meditation have long been used to manage a broad range of health conditions ranging from the physical to the emotional. After a brief Pranayama (breathwork) warm-up, grounding exercises, and aromatherapy offerings you will be taken on a guided meditation of wonderful healing sounds while in Savasana aka rest pose.
