This Sound bath and guided meditation will take you on a journey to mind/body/spirit wellness through deep relaxation and chakra balancing. With a guided meditation on gratitude as we usher in the Thanksgiving week.
Sound bowl healing frees you from the stresses of everyday life. It allows a sensory escape from all the overstimulation we face in our day to day. It will help calm down your nervous system.
Lyn Nich a certified meditation teacher and sound healing facilitator will be facilitating this 1 hour group healing session.

Class size is strictly limited to 13 for a more intimate experience. Yoga mats and props for comfort will be provided. You may also bring your own if you prefer.
