Parking and Entrance: The nearest parking to the yoga studio is
located in the covered parking lot between Dick's Sporting Goods and
Macy's. You will see the number "2" on the back of the building, this
is where you will enter the yoga studio, through the back door, not
through the mall.
What to bring: Please bring your own mats, blanket, pillows, masks and
anything else that can make you more comfortable.
Why: To raise the collective consciousness and the base frequency of
the planet Gaia by assisting anyone suffering from any sort dis-ease
in the mind and body connection. Over the last 7 years that Lindy has
been offering sound baths in the Tampa Bay area, these group sound
baths have proven to be powerful healing experiences because of the
collective group effort that everyone is there for the same or similar
reasons, to get out of some sort of pain. The group gatherings offer a
unique opportunity to release what no longer serves us, creating space
for true growth and transformation. Most of us carry wounds and
disharmonies that need healing, and through the immersive power of
sound, we can finally let go and invite in what we truly desire for
our personal evolution.
