This sound bath is designed to help us embrace the magic of the beginning of Springtime. This season reminds us that change can be a gentle, soothing journey into harmony and beauty. And, that the transition points in our lives allow for closure of the old so that we can make space for the new.
Join me to start the process of resting…slowing…being…and embracing the beauty in change. We will allow the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and wind instruments wash over you as you sink into a state of deep relaxation. Sound baths are a sonic trip to the theta brainwave state- our brain’s location for rest, relaxation, meditation, and deep healing. We journey through untouched places within the Earth and the Cosmos with Quartz Crystal sound bowls, powerful Solar Flare Gong frequencies, sacred Native American Flute melodies, ethereal chimes, and more!

A sound bath offers an array of physical and spiritual healing responses:

• Deep levels of relaxation
• Pain relief
• Anxiety and stress relief
• Release of muscle tension and emotional blocks
• Improved circulation, digestion, and focus

We’ll be lying on the floor for most of the session. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. Feel free to to bring sentimental items to carry with you through the sound journey:

• Stones
• Crystals
• Prayer beads
• Photos, etc.

Please hydrate before and after the sound bath for maximum benefit.

Numbness, tingling, lightheadedness, itching, slight nausea, and changes in mood or emotional state are all common symptoms after a sound bath. Please consult your physician if these feelings don’t subside. Appropriate for ages 13+.
