Sound Bath (Gongs & Bowls)

Come join us for a unique experience of meditation and sound healing. Let the soothing sounds of gongs and bowls take you on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

I will take time to introduce you to the evening and help you ground so you can receive the most out of your experience. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations, creating inner space and returning to your natural flow and alignment. Don't miss out on this mid-summer opportunity to treat yourself to a Sound Journey!

For our evening together, you will be bathed in the sound vibration from the gong, and a combination of Tibetan and crystal bowls. At times, I may also use chimes, rattles, flute, drum or my voice.
The flow of the evening:

• Brief introduction
• Pranayama (conscious breathing)
• Gentle stretch or embodiment practice
• Getting cozy and comfortable laying down for the majority of the time, receiving sound.

No experience necessary. This is suitable for all bodies. (if your body needs a chair, that is always an option as well).
