Sound Bath for Gratitude

A group sound bath to promote gratefulness and joy towards self in order for you to be able to pour into others' cups this season.

An intimate gathering of souls who will be led through light movement by Mariela, Coach at Tread Vegas and Brenda, Frequency Alchemist will lead you through an experience of sound frequencies from various instruments including crystal sound bowls, chimes, ocean drums, shakers and specifically curated audios. All with you in mind. To allow your mind and soul to explore the depths of gratitude and love within your heart.

This is a space where all of you is welcomed.

Please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on comfortably, dress cozy, water, blanket and pillow.
