Emotional Well-Being
Sound Bath allows children to go inwards and explore their imagination. In fact, through sound bath meditation, children learn that it is okay to feel whatever they feel. As a result, sound baths can help build self-esteem, strengthen self-acceptance and create a sense of empowerment.
Sound baths offer a safe and nurturing space for children to explore and express their emotions. The gentle vibrations of the sound bowls can help them release tension, anxiety, and emotional blockages. As children immerse themselves in the sound journey, they may experience a sense of calm, relaxation, and emotional balance.
Sound baths invite us into a state of awareness that helps us connect with our bodies, our minds, and the world around us - harnessing the power of stillness in any given moment and, ultimately, transforming the spaces we’re in.
There are no barriers to entry here.
Sound Bath for Children from 7 years old.
If your child is autistic and are able to stay lie-down for 30 minutes we welcome him/her.
Children must be accompanied by a parent.
WHAT TO BRING?
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything that makes your child comfortable.
CHILDREN GO FREE
Parents pay a fee of £21.99pp
THESE ARE GENERAL CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR A SOUND BATH:
• Epilepsy (strictly not allowed)
• Intoxicated patients (drugs or alcohol)
• Pregnancy (you can have a sound bath but please inform the practitioner)
• High fever, temperature over 38, cold, flu, etc.
• Skin infections, contagious skin conditions (contact of the bowl is not allowed)
• Any heart conditions.
• After surgery (recommended to wait min 2 months, consult with doctor)
