The vibrations and sounds help you to relax and may also cause one to fall asleep. No problem, just enjoy the experience.

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need.
