A sound bath is a deeply immersive meditation experience where calming sound waves from various instruments wash over you. This practice helps relax and revitalise the senses, bringing harmony to the mind, body, and soul. Join us and the wonderful Zoe from the Harmonious Healing Hub for this truly rejuvenating experience.
