Sound Bath Experience

Welcome to the Sound Bath Experience at the beautiful Ten 21 Studios! Join us for a relaxing and immersive sound journey that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to wash over you, melting away stress and tension. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and reset in a welcoming and peaceful environment. Come and experience the power of sound healing with us!

Please dress comfortably and bring a meditation cushion or yoga mat. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket and/or eye pillow if you wish. **IMPORTANT NOTE: If you suffer from Sound Induced Epilepsy you should not attend this event. Please be sure to arrive no later than 5:45pm in order to settle into your space. To preserve the experience for all, no one will be admitted after 6pm. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals.

What is a “sound bath?”

A sound bath is an experience in sound and frequency. Sounds are created with multiple instruments that can include crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes, rain sticks and more. Participants are literally "bathed" in sound waves. Most people experience sound baths as a relaxing, meditative experience, but many also experience releasing of energies and/or blocks that no longer serve them as well as receiving energetic nourishment from harmonic tones.

Who is Linda?

Linda is a Reiki Master and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. As a practicing mental health clinician, Linda truly appreciates the benefits that other healing modalities (yoga/movement, energy, frequency) can bring to clients’ healing processes. In her sound healing practice she utilizes various instruments to release excess or stagnant energies as well as bringing in healing and harmony. Her passion is using a combination of reiki and sound to identify blocks and imbalances and help clients release these with focused, compassionate intention.
