Unlike a traditional sound bath, this unique experience invites you to recline in a soft silk hammock, gently suspended above the ground (or on the ground if you prefer- you'll check pricing below and click what you'd like)As you relax effortlessly, the body softens, the mind quiets, and the nervous system resets.
Crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments will surround you with soothing vibrations designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and promote energetic balance.
