Sound Bath + Energy Healing Immersion

Join Mayra and Tor, known as Noetics, a Sound & Energy Healing Duo, for a Sound Bath + Energy Healing Journey that aims to reduce stress and activate your innate healing abilities.

Sound healing, rooted in ancient healing techniques, the vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. Sound is a gateway that speaks to every aspect of our being, fostering a deeper alignment with our higher self. The soothing and healing sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and Gong will transport you into a deep state of deep relaxation to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn activates your body’s wisdom and ability to self-heal.

Energy healing focuses on the energetic body to enhance energy flow, correct imbalances, and remove energetic blockages. These blockages can adversely affect our emotions, relationships, work, creativity, spiritual connection, and beliefs. Energy healing aims to reduce and heal these blockages, promoting overall well-being.

As a union, they will channel sound and energy healing using Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls or Gong and their unique form of resonant singing. Through the crystalline tones of the bowls, Gong, resonant singing, and energy healing, the body is cared for as a whole.

Mayra and Tor will circulate the room during the sound bath, providing hands-on energy healing. You are invited to bring your intention for this session to support in amplifying what you will be receiving. This session will create an amazing opportunity to support you in balancing your Chakras, promote energy body repair and flow, and align you with your higher self and inner wisdom.

About the Duo

Mayra is certified Meditation Teacher, Breathwork, Sound Practitioner, Flower & Vibrational Essences Practitioner, Quantum Energy Healing and Vortex Practitioner.

Her teaching philosophy is inspired by the innate intelligence and self-healing power inherent in all of us. She integrates the wisdom of the natural world, the tapestry of life, and the celestial realms through sound, voice, presence, and silence. This creates a nurturing environment of connection and empathy, helping you reconnect with the divinity you already have.

Tor is a multidisciplinary spiritual practitioner who draws upon holistic practices: coaching, psychology, visual meditation, breathwork, psychism, tarot and colour/crystal/sound energy healing.

He works at the intersection between the human and the spiritual to guide people towards greater awareness, confidence, embodied spirituality and healing.

He curates spaces for people to reflect, heal, and connect more deeply with themselves and their intuition and learn how to lead their lives from a sense of stillness.
