Usui Reiki Level I Training

Reiki (pronounced "Ray-Key") is a Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're beginning a personal healing journey or feeling called to help others, this training provides a strong foundation in Reiki.

During this training you will:

• Learn the history and principles of Traditional Usui Reiki
• Receive four Reiki Level I attunements
• Experience a healing sound bath immersion at a Sedona energy vortex
• Learn the chakra system and its connection to energy healing
• Practice self-Reiki and full-body Reiki treatments on others
• Learn grounding, centering, and energetic protection techniques
• Receive a comprehensive training manual and Reiki Level I certificate upon completion
