Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath at Amersham Band Hall. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Gongs, Harp and percussion as you lay back and let the vibrations wash over you. This event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and unwind in a peaceful setting. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind. Treat yourself to a unique auditory journey.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
