Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply immersive sound bath on Sunday 28th April at 6pm - 7:30pm at Rockwater in Hove.

We begin our journey with a warm welcome and a short introduction in to the power of sound and our time together.

You will then be invited to get comfortable before being guided through a soul soothing soundscape using traditional Tibetan singing bowls. Being bathed in these healing frequncies allows us to drop into a deep state of rest and renewal, tapping into our subconcious mind, inviting us to connect to our highest self and intuition. This is your time to rest and receive, listening deeply to your inner wisdom and knowing. Welcome anything that comes up to be held and cleared in this moment.

Once the sound journey has come to a close we will have a short grounding meditation and the opportunity to journal and share anything that has come up for us. This is a beautiful time for connection and integration. Often our neighbours bring back insights for us to share from.

This event is the perfect space to connect to yourself and others on a deep level, fostering community and kinship with like minded souls.
