Join us for a Sound Bath session with the Gongs and Crystal Bowls. The perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, restore and balance.
Please note that Sound Baths are not advised for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or for those with a pacemaker.
Bring along a comfortable mat to lay on. Seats can be provided if you prefer to sit up during the session.
