Sound Bath

Join us for a sacred evening of deep rest and renewal at Urban Abbey with Rev. Dr. Jane Florence as she leads a Sound Bath—a meditative experience using sound to invite healing, clarity, and calm.
Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments to wash over you, creating space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves, and sink into stillness. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned participant, all are welcome in this open-hearted, inclusive space.
Bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow—whatever helps you feel cozy and grounded. Chairs will be available for those who prefer to sit upright. There are a small amount of yoga mats and pillows available to borrow.
