Allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments to transport you to a deep meditative state.Heated eye masks will be provided.
Bring a yoga mat. Other props, such as blankets, bolsters and chairs, are available at the studio.
Those with all levels of yoga and meditation experience are welcome.
Please note that there are sound bath contraindications. Details are available at bit.ly/sound-bath-waiver.
This sound bath will be led by sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
