A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. Sound bowls are effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but also moving through blockages in the body.Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, and sleep disorders.
