Our last sound bath left the participants in awe, Seed of Sound is truly a healing force with the various sounds additions to the traditional and crystal bowls.
If you weren’t able to attend our last sound bath we encourage you to register for this one! Let your body be immersed in healing sound for 45minutes.
In addition to promoting relaxation and mental well-being, singing bowl sound baths are thought to have physical benefits for healing, such as reducing physical tension, improving circulation, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. The vibrations produced by the bowls can also help release blocked energy and restore balance to the body's energy centers.
