Sound Bath

Feeling overwhelmed and dysregulated? Experiencing deep emotions such as fear, anger, or grief? Then you know it’s time for a full nervous system rest!

Join me for this meditative and healing experience where we will focus on allowing the vibrations to reach each cell of your bodies to allow for deep relaxation!

WHAT TO EXPECT

~ During a sound bath you will lie on the floor of the studio where you will be surrounded by song and sound.

~ Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable such as a yoga mat, blanket, or pillows.

~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions and think about what old thoughts, habits, things, or people, we can let go in order to make room for a new way of being.

~ I will create a safe space for sound meditation and healing during which you may even fall asleep.

~The vibrations of singing bowls, vocals, and drums reach every cell in your body allowing for deep relaxation and rebalancing your nervous system

~ We will end our time together with a few moments of silence.

You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and rebalanced, ready to face a new day. Space is limited, please reserve your spot.
