About this Event
Join Lacey from Be Golden Sounds for an evening of deep relaxation with an immersive sound experience.
Lay down, relax, and take in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, the ocean drum, and tuning forks. A sound bath is a meditative experience that can help release stress, calm the mind, and bring a sense of inner peace. Come as you are, no experience is needed.
What to expect:
🧘♀️ Drop in & Unwind – Guided relaxation to settle in (5 min)
🎶 Immersive Sound Experience – Featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ocean drum (45-50 min)
💫 Integration - Share, ask questions or simply absorb (5 min)
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Anything for added comfort - blankets, pillows, bolsters
Note: Doors will open at 6:45 PM and we will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.
