Sound Bath

Lay down, relax and recieve as I use sound to transport you to a place of deep, nurturing rest.

Sound is an ancient tool used to to evoke different states of conciousness.

For these Sound Baths I'll be intentionally using sound to hold you in gentle vibrations to soothe the nervous system, still the mind and invite in pure relaxation.

Expect drones, ethereal vocals, gentle percussion and Quartz Crystal Bowls.

Doors open at 19.20

The Sound Bath will finish at 20.30

As spaces are limited, please book beforehand

• Yoga mats provided
• Please bring a bottle of water
• Feel free to bring anything extra you might need to help you relax e.g. cushions, a blanket, eye mask etc..
