Sound Bath

You are warmly invited to join our upcoming Sound Bath being held at Rockwater in Hove on Sunday 27th October at 7pm - 8pm.

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience where you are guided and bathed in healing sound frequencies allowing your mind to enter a deeply medatitive state and your nervous system to rest.

You will be invited to lay down and get comfortable before being guided on a short meditation allowing you to fully arrive and land in the space. We will then begin our journey with sound as our guide using Tibetan singing bowls and other various instruments. Being bathed by the healing freqencies of sound allows your body to sink into deep relaxation, this is an opportunity to explore your subconcious mind and connect to your highest self. This is your time to simply be, surrender to the expereince and allow whatever needs to come up to come. You are safe and held in this moment to receive any guidance that comes through.

Coming out of the Sound Bath you will once again be guided by my voice to ground you back into your body. You will be invited to grab your journal and pen and jot down anything that may have come up. Often during times of meditation we can be struck with creative inspiration, long lost memories may arrise or we may begin to think with crystal clear thought about a situation that we are being faced with.

I will be on hand at the end of the Sound Bath if you woudl like to share or discuss your expereince.
