ABOUT YOUR HOST:

Jessica started her journey in 2010 as a Yoga Instructor with the desire to share the healing benefits of Yoga which helped her through her own extreme anxiety and panic attacks. She is also a Sound Bath Facilitator and Women’s Circle Host. Her passion in life is to assist you in finding inner peace and balance through her varied offerings. She currently offers, Yoga classes (Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Chair & Flow), Sound Bath Meditations, Women’s Circles, Guided Meditation classes and more. Her students have described her classes as loving, safe and serene and say they walk away feeling rejuvenated, more at peace, and reset.
