2. Overview of benefits like stress reduction and improved mental clarity.
3. Demonstration of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks.
4. Hands-on experience: Participants get to play the instruments and feel their soothing vibrations.

Join us to explore the relaxing and healing power of sound! This event will include a short sound bath - bring a mat and anything that will make you feel comfortable (e.g. pillows, bolsters, etc).
