Sound Bath Class, By Kimberly Post. Please RSVP in the Front Office. $10 class fee. Must have a current participant form on-file; please fill out form online or stop by the front office before class. This is a 50-minute deep relaxation class. Crystal quartz sound bowls, drums and chimes will be used to create a beautiful relaxing experience. Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow or whatever you need to feel comfortable. There are plenty of chairs, if you prefer to sit.
Kimberly Post is an retired Hospice RN, and Certified Sound Healer through Life Changing Energy, which is a registered school through The Complimentary Medical Association. After a 28 year nursing career, Kimberly decided to focus on wellness and opened her business Sovereign Soul, LLC in August 2021.
